Reservations
Reservations are required.

*You must use your credit card to guarantee your reservations.
*An e-mail confirmation will be sent once reservations are made.

Billing Information
Payments will be charged at the end of your service according to the rates quoted.
We accept cash (dollars or Euros), traveller’s checks or personal checks.

Rates do not include
Food and beverage, gratuities or entrance fees to museums and monuments, unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation Policy
Please, note that there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by fax or e-mail within at least 1 week before date of requested service. Otherwise, our company reserves the right to charge the “no-show fee” on your credit card, which is the total amount of services requested.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control. Also, we recommend medical and personal insurance to cover medical expenses and loss of baggage or personal belongings.

Transportation
Transportation is provided by licensed and insured, professional drivers only, and they are qualified to perform public transportation services all over Europe.

Responsibility
The company is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay or inconvenience caused by events, which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence by Access Italy, such as wars, unusual severe weather, etc.

Your personal information is extremely confidential and will be kept in our database and will NOT be distributed to any third party.
